One of our technicians will assess your needs and if necessary, guide you to a web site, where with your permission, we will setup a temporary connection where we can share your screen and perform maintenance on your PC, or resolve your basic issues either while you watch or go about your business.
Commercial Customers: We will work closely with you or your I.T. Staff to setup the remote logins, and we can perform the maintenance you specify at any time so as to not impact your operations. With our Citrix Powered Software each session is authorized by you; is fully secure; and recorded in Windows Media Player format, and viewable for up to 90 Days.
